October 19th is Evaluate Your Life Day, and it’s a perfect opportunity to unfold the map of your life, look back on all the paths you’ve been walking, and set yourself on new, exciting trails that will lead you to greater fulfillment.

So curl up with a cup of your favorite tea, grab a pen and paper, and dive into these 25 questions to clarify your identity, purpose, and direction. These questions aren’t meant to be comfortable, or easy, but they will encourage you to take a more intimate look at your relationships, your health, and your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
