About the Course

YES! (Youth Empowerment Seminar) is a workshop for teens aged 13 - 18, that helps them become more energetic, dynamic and confident. It includes breathwork to relieve stress and focus the mind, experiential processes to develop problem - solving strategies and dynamic group discussions designed to help them feel at ease in challenging situations.

Peer pressure is very demanding. So are exams, parents and relationships. How can you cope with everything? The YES! program (Youth Empowerment Seminar) empowers you physically through simple and dynamic yoga, and mentally and emotionally - through meditation and powerful breathing techniques and the unique Sudarshan Kriya®. Have fun in team games, interactive processes and group discussions about the issues that affect your life: dealing with friendships and relationships, how to concentrate better on studies, how you can reach your potential.

How will this Help Teenagers?

Life as a teenager comes with its ups and downs, and with this, can bring confusion, doubt, insecurities and pressure. Especially, for example, when faced with big decisions around academic study, relationships and career choices, all of which impact their lives tremendously. During this critical point in their lives – confidence, clarity, decisiveness and resilience are invaluable qualities to cultivate and master, to help them navigate these intensive yet life - changing years.
